Each service is approached with diligence and discretion. Multiple service attempts are documented thoroughly, with attention to timing, location, and compliance requirements. Detailed notes are maintained for every attempt to ensure transparency and reliability throughout the process.
Affidavits of Service are prepared promptly following successful service.
When timelines are critical, we offer expedited service options, including same-day and rush service.
Rush files are prioritized immediately upon receipt and assigned for prompt attempts, subject to geographic location and time of intake. We communicate clearly regarding feasibility, expected timelines, and updates throughout the process.
This service is designed for urgent matters, last-minute filings, or time-sensitive procedural deadlines.
Same-Day and Rush Service
We provide court filing and issuance services with Ontario courts as directed.
This includes filing documents that have already been properly prepared and signed by counsel or the filing party. We ensure materials are filed in accordance with court requirements and confirm completion once filing has occurred.
Court filing services are offered as a standalone service or in conjunction with process serving.
